This is where the Temple Vie programme outshines the rest.

Our medically supervised 5-point programme is delivered in 3 stages – Weight Loss, Stabilisation, and Maintenance. The Maintenance stage lasts for 2 years after completion of the first two stages. This is to ensure that the strategies and behaviours learnt whilst losing weight become ingrained and therefore more permanent. It also takes time for the body, brain biochemistry and hormones to acclimatise to their slimmer and healthier composition.

Our high protein, low calorie sachets come in a variety of flavours and products such as soups, pizza, chilli and pasta. We advise on which fruit and vegetables can be consumed at each stage. The Temple Vie recipe book explains how different sachets can be combined to make interesting and tasty meals.
