Rhoda – end of week 25

How I’m feeling:

Had a difficult week for various personal reasons but stayed on track :)

Weight loss update:

Lost 0.5kg. Weight lost to date 8.5 kilos/1 stone 5lbs (6 inches lost from my waist)

Biggest challenge in the last week:

I had three social outings/meals out. I had written down what I was going to take/order and was glad I had organised my meals/snacks.

Biggest success in the last week:

I booked two gym tours, which is not a big deal to some but I am very self-conscious when it comes to being in a busy gym. I hope to change this very soon and look forward to enjoying my visits and finding a rhythm to working out.
