How I’m feeling:
Energised and motivated. My skin is looking great too.

Lost 0.7 kilos, total to date 3 Kilos.
Biggest challenge in the last week:
My back was very sore. I felt like not getting up, however I chucked on my clothes and went for a walk.

Fitting into my old clothes
So I can safely say that I would have never have made it as a teacher.
Google classroom is not my friend and normally this would be when I would reach for the wine.
I am a textbook nibbler, if I had wine it would frequently be paired with a calorific snack.
So what do I do to not self sabotage?
I walk, I throw on my shoes, coat and get away from temptation, or I will go in a bath with candles and have my Temple Vie Strawberry milkshake.
It is so easy to give in but I am so determined to stay on track.
The key for me is being organised, I enjoy cooking but with a busy family life it is not always easy.
I write out my menu for the week on a Sunday, this allows me to plan what I need to pick up at the supermarket.
I genuinely look forward to my meals and I am eating regularly and do not feel hungry, which for me is so important.
